Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service on a9piso. By creating an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. These terms apply to all users of the a9piso platform, including visitors, registered members, and anyone who accesses the site from the Philippines or elsewhere. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. a9piso reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use a9piso, in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and entertainment platforms. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. a9piso reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be suspended immediately and any balances forfeited in accordance with applicable law. Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of a9piso complies with the laws of your jurisdiction before registering.
Each member is permitted to hold only one registered account on a9piso; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify a9piso immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. a9piso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must not share your account with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
All financial transactions on a9piso, including deposits and withdrawals, are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) through local payment channels available to Filipino members. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and belong to an account registered in your own name; a9piso does not accept third-party payments. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Withdrawal page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if your account has not completed the required verification steps. a9piso reserves the right to withhold or reverse any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, in breach of these terms, or in violation of applicable Philippine law.
Promotions and bonuses offered on a9piso are subject to specific eligibility criteria, minimum qualifying play requirements, and time limits that are communicated on the Promotions page and within each individual offer. Bonuses are credited to your account balance in Philippine pesos and may only be used on the platform sections specified in the relevant promotion terms. a9piso reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and any bonus credited in error will be reversed from your account balance. Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. All promotional rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the conditions specified in the relevant offer.
Members must not use a9piso for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's systems, software, or infrastructure in any way. Collusion between players, use of automated software or bots, and any form of cheating or manipulation of game outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure. a9piso monitors platform activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct without prior notice. Any winnings or balances associated with accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.
You may request the closure of your a9piso account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected], subject to the completion of any pending transactions and the resolution of any outstanding balance. a9piso reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder. Upon closure of an account for breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as communicated by a9piso from time to time. Liability and Governing Law
a9piso provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service, game, or feature at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a9piso shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. a9piso is not responsible for any technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays. Nothing in these terms limits a9piso's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the platform.
a9piso collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure, in line with applicable Philippine data protection requirements. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties, and will only be shared with service providers and regulatory authorities as described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account or any transaction, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly. a9piso aims to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to resolve disputes fairly and transparently. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and a9piso with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
